Hello, my name is Jeremy Griffin and I am a member of the Membership offering you guys provide.. and I am having trouble figuring out how to get my questions answered.
I hope this is the right place to ask them!
I took a $34,000 loan earlier this year from the SBA for my business, long before I ever learned about you guys’ teachings. They have recently reached out to me requesting I sent them my:
-Certificate of LLC
-Articles of Organization
-Proof of Hazard Insurance (as collateral)
Before I reply to them, I wanted to ask you guys if this is something that I could discharge with you guys’ teachings? I applied through my business but I believe my social was tied in there as well, so I did not take the loan as a sovereign individual- as I didn’t know these things at that time.
I haven’t paid anything on it, and don’t have to begin payments for another 6 months. Is there anything I can do here- and in the mean time- would it be a bad idea to send them these things? Could these documents be held against me if I do attempt to discharge in the future?
