Good Morning,

I’ve completed all the steps in the Discharging of my vehicle, although it hasn’t be discharged on my credit report as of yet. However, I’ve gone to the DMV (Illinois) to transfer my vehicle into my trust and they are telling me that I need to have the title in order to complete the transfer.

How do I move forward in the process? I’ve been dealing with Capital Once since October.
