Do you have ancestry in the Americas (North, Central, South or Caribbean) dating back to at least your great-grandparents? IF SO, you must complete the Enhanced Tribal ID Application AND the International Driver’s License & Permit Application.

If you DO NOT have ancestry in the Americas, you must complete the International Driver’s License & Permit Application ONLY.

NOTE: YOU MAY ONLY SUBMIT ONE (1) ID APPLICATION PER SUBSCRIPTION ENROLLMENT. Your first entry will be processed. Follow ALL instructions on the attachment, which includes printing & mailing the ID application (sent via email once submitted) along with physical copies of your professional passport photos. Failure to follow the instructions in its entirety will delay processing of your ID.

I have submitted this ID application after Jan 1, 2023 and am not required to mail the application or passport photos. Additionally, ID applications submitted after Jan 1, 2023 will not have an expiration date. Once I submit the application, I will receive a copy via email for my personal reference.
