You may enter N/A for any information you are unable to obtain, however, we will need the full
name and birth place location of AT LEAST one of the following: your maternal great
grandmother, paternal great grandmother, maternal grandmother or paternal grandmother.

DO NOT enter more than one name into these fields.

DO NOT complete the form in ALL CAPS.

As soon as we receive your answers, we can start working on the paperwork.

ALLOW AT LEAST 30-45 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE FILE.

If Our Department needs any other information from you, we will let you know.

You will receive a DRAFT of your paperwork that requires YOUR CONFIRMATION before we
place our digital seal and signature.

PLEASE HOLD ANY CHANGES UNTIL YOUR DRAFT PAPERWORK IS RECEIVED.

ONCE YOU RESPOND, PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST AN ADDITIONAL 14-20 BUSINESS
DAYS (excluding weekends) TO FINALIZE YOUR PAPERWORK. While we aim to meet this
delivery time frame, it can sometimes take longer, or quicker; all processing times
are ESTIMATES that VARY based on the size of the queue.

Tribal ID processing. BE ADVISED, processing and shipping times for Tribal

LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE FOLLOWING UP ON THE DELIVERY.

• Once your paperwork is finalized, you will then receive a link to submit your order for
your Zodiac and Numerology reading processing. BE ADVISED, processing times for
readings VARY based on the size of the queue. ALL orders will be processed – ALLOW AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE FOLLOWING UP ON THE DELIVERY.


UPDATED TRIBAL ID REQUIREMENTS:
Physical and professional high-quality passport photos MUST accompany your
application submission – NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please DO NOT send homemade photos as we will only process orders that have
professional high-quality passport photos that can be purchased at any: Walgreens, CVS, Post
Office, and some UPS Stores. Make sure photos are clear, clean and professional on white
background. Please dress formal or professional attire (ABSOLUTELY NO HOODED
SWEATSHIRTS).

You must print and mail your application ALONG WITH (2) physical passport photos!
Details are provided on the application form (which you will receive via your order download link
after your order is cleared), including the mailing address of where to send your
application and photos, as well as recommended shipping methods.

The address provided on the application MUST be the shipping address for the ID!
If your ID is returned to sender, there will be a repackaging and reshipping donation of $10.00
required.

NO CHANGES to the ID application will be accepted once the application is submitted!
If you made a mistake on your application and need to update any information, a new order will
be required.
