If You do not have any Tribal American Heritage, please move forward to fill out your Private Membership ID Application and leave the Tribal Affiliation Section BLANK. But if you have previously filled out a Tribal Genealogy Application in Step 1, please wait until you receive your results back before filling out a Private Membership ID Application.
