In this Package, our team will complete the Tribal Nationality Genealogy Package FOR YOU!

Includes:

Nationality Paperwork (completed by our team and sent to you digitally)

• Electronic Package is 7 pages in length and includes:
  1. Certificate of Nationality card (Tax exempt)
  2. Tribal Name and Property Declaration
  3. Genealogy certification
  4. Full Certification of Aboriginal Tribal Lineage
  5. Affidavit of Indian Birth
  6. Tribal Report
  7. Genealogy analysis report (adults only)

• Tribal ID (instructions provided following final approval of electronic paperwork)
• Framed Armorial in a 2″ solid frame, which includes: History of the surname, Coat of Arms, & Seal of Authenticity

Please note: The framed armorial is limited to one per family.

If you’ve purchased a bundle for multiple family members, only the first person needs to fill out the armorial section of the order form. For each additional family member, you can skip the armorial section when submitting their order, since it has already been completed for the initial person. This helps speed up the process and prevents unnecessary repetition.

All packages are DIGITAL, and processing is currently AT LEAST 15 business days. Once paperwork is approved, you will receive instructions to process your Tribal ID. Processing of ID varies based upon the orders in queue, allow AT LEAST 15 business days for processing, programming, and shipping.

We strongly recommend establishing an alternative address or P.O. Box prior to submitting your information to prevent incurring additional costs for reprints or modifications at a later date.
